1. Psychotherapy

Face to Face

Individuals, couples, families, and children/adolescents receive the benefit of a personal experience interacting with the clinician at her office location. 

Teletherapy

Individuals and couples have the option (per clinician’s discretion) to have therapy online within the state of North Carolina should they require more flexibility due to time or travel constraints. 

Self-pay fees only.  Insurance is not taken. 

Initial evaluation for psychotherapy  =  $125 for 75 minutes. 

Consecutive sessions for psychotherapy = $100 for 60 minutes.

Payment is done in person at the time of the appointment.

Before requesting an appointment, you must fully review the Informed Consent.  Please download the form HERE.

Once downloaded and reviewed, please print the form and sign the bottom of the last page. You must bring the form completed and signed to your initial appointment. 

This form provides important detailed information on therapy services, payment procedures, and confidentiality.  It also serves as a contract agreement between you and I, the treating clinician.  We will go over the Informed Consent  at the start of your first session.

After fully reviewing, downloading, printing, and signing the Informed Consent Form you are ready to request an appointment!  To do so, simply click the button below titled “Request an Appointment” which will then direct you to our online contact form. Please fill out all of the required boxes and in the “description” section, try to be as detailed as possible so that I can best assist you. Please list dates you are available and I will work with you to find the optimal date and time to schedule your initial therapy session.

2. Groups & Workshops

Offered for corporate and community to family and adolescents covering trending topics of interest affecting self-care and wellness. In addition, we conduct family workshops incorporating children and adolescents on solution focused and culturally competent techniques as well as addressing the health of the family system.

3. Keynote & Public Speaking

Facilitation, keynote addresses, public speaking are provided at conferences, summits, and leadership institutes for:

To Promote:
